Subject: For Action - Appointment of Subgroup Officers

Two calls for volunteers closed with no response. The second call for T11.1 Chairman closed March 12, 1999 and a volunteer has come forward. Due to the resignation of Mr. Don Tolmie, T11.3 Chairman a call for volunteers was issued. That call closed on March 12, 1999, and a volunteer has come forward.

A call has been issued for PPC Chairman and this call will close March 26, 1999.

Second calls for volunteers have gone out for J20 Chairman and L8 International Respresentative, these calls will close March 18, 1999.

This package contains electronic copies of responses to the remaining closed calls for volunteers for officers to serve on NCITS Technical Committees and Task Groups. The originals of these letters, which have the required signatures on organizational letterhead, are in the possession of the NCITS Secretariat.

NCITS members are requested to review the information in this package in order to vote on the appointment of these volunteers at the March 1999 meeting of NCITS.
