Subject: ITI Review of NCITS Archive Ad Hoc Proposal
At the NCITS December meeting, NCITS requested that ITI counsel review the proposed recommendations from the Archive ad hoc on the streamlined activity. This review would address the possibility of liability issues. In addition, this information should be made available prior to the March meeting.
ITI has reviewed the Recommendations on Streamlining the Reaffirmation
Process (IT/99-0113) and does not see any reason for concern nor exposure
based on the present proposal.
