Dear Deborah,

At the December meeting, Roger Ronald. T11.1 Chair, had indicated that this TG had completed its Program of work, and that membership had declined to a level making it difficult to maintain quorum.

At the T11 Plenary, April 11, it was moved by Roger Rose of Exabyte and seconded by Horst Truestedt  of True Focus, that T11 approves the disbanding of Task Group T11.1.  The motion carried 42 for,  0 opposed, 1 abstaining and 19 organizations not voting.  This met the 2/3rds rule.  (See the minutes of that  meeting, T11/02-250v1)  On 04/11/02  T11 had 62 members and thus this vote also met the 2/3rds rule.

Could you please therefore take the appropriate steps for further processing this request?
