Subject: Follow-up to JTLB 2918 - US Endorsement of Dr. Charles Goldfarb as the US Candidate for Convener of JTC 1/SC 34/WG 1

Dr. Charles Goldfarb has volunteered to serve another term as Convener of JTC 1/SC 34/WG 1. As result of the closure of JTC 1 TAG letter ballot 2918, he has gained the endorsement of the US National Body. The US National Body feels that Dr. Charles Goldfarb has the necessary resources to carry out the responsibilities of the Convener of JTC 1/SC 34/WG 1.
