Background
At the August 2002 meeting of the INCITS Executive Board, it was reported that despite numerous attempts, the INCITS Secretariat staff were unable to schedule the B9 annual report and did not receive any responses from the Chair regarding the maintenance items for B9. Mr. Snyder, the B9 Chairman, has received notification that the B9 annual report has been rescheduled for the November 2002 INCITS EB meeting.
Requested Action
This correspondence serves as formal notification that unless the B9 annual report is submitted for consideration at the November 2002 INCITS Executive Board meeting, the possible disbandment of B9 will be posted for consideration at that meeting. INCITS Secretariat staff member Barbara Bennett (bbennett@itic.org) should be contacted to discuss the deadline for submission of the B9 annual report and to schedule the annual report presentation.
