ITLB 4654 - Appointment of International Representative - INCITS/T3, Open Distributed Processing (ODP), closed on January 1, 2003. Mr. Tom Rutt received the required level of support (majority) to secure reappointment as International Representative of INCITS/T3. His fourth term begins in January 2003 and will expire in January 2006.

As required by INCITS procedures, an appointed INCITS Subgroup officer must attend INCITS Subgroup Officer Training within one year of their appointment. As Mr. Rutt last received training on October 11, 1999, he should contact the INCITS Secretariat to attend the INCITS Subgroup Officer training session for International Representatives no later than January 2004.
