Subject:  Notification of an Approved Project Proposal, Information Technology - Fibre Channel Avionics Evironment-2 (FC-AE-2)

The project proposal for Information Technology - Fibre Channel Avionics Evironment -2 (FC-AE-2), has met the critieria for approval (INCITS/SD-2, Section 5.1, Milestone 1) and its assigned project number is 1605. This project was reviewed from January 3, 2003 to January 10, 2003.

According to INCITS procedures, the project proposal (http://www.incits.org/archive/2002/it021300/it021300.htm) submitted by the technical committee was subjected to a 7-day review.  Unless an appeal is received, the project proposal stands approved.

During the 7-day review period no appeals were received by the INCITS Secretariat.
