At the February 2003 inaugural INCITS Executive Board meeting, the following 2004 INCITS meeting schedule was approved:

January 26-30, 2004
 west coast venue - host:  TBD
April 26-30, 2004
 east coast venue - host:  TBD
July 19-23, 2004 west coast venue - host:  TBD
September 27 - October 1, 2004 east coast venue - host:  TBD

It was noted that a delegates' meeting would need to be scheduled two weeks before the start of the November 2004 JTC 1 Plenary.
