Subject: Notification to INCITS B5 Chairman to submit a status report on the JTC 1 projects included in the TAG responsibilities assigned to B5

At the February 10 and 14, 2003 meeting of the INCITS Executive Board, the Secretariat was requested to instruct the B5 Chairman to submit a status report on the JTC 1 projects included in the TAG responsibilities assigned to B5. Upon receipt of the report, B5 will be converted to maintenance status.

The report should be received by the Secretariat as soon as possible or by March 20, 2003 for discussion and recommendation on the maintenance status of INCITS B5 at the INCITS EB meeting, April 7-11, 2003.
