Dear madams,

ECMA376 Office Open XML was submitted for fast-track approval; as the document is over 6000 pages long, I find it difficult to believe that any document of that size could be seriously scrutinized in a month's time. Groklaw, as you have undoubtedly been informed by countless other emails, has put up a convenient summary of some of the extant objections.

I would urge y'all to raise a contradiction, so that the proposal can be scrutinized with the care it deserves.
