Dear Barbara:

This is to submit to NCITS the Draft Proposal for the so-called Millennial
Edition of ANSDIT.

The attachment is the Agenda of the 246th meeting of NCITS/K5, held today,
during which the Draft Proposal was approved.

K5 RESOLVED
 to submit to NCITS the Project Proposal for ANSDIT, Doc. K5/01-11, in SD-3
format and auxiliary documents.

 The vote was 4 AFFIRMATIVE
   0 NEGATIVE
   1 ABSENT.
      The chairman did not vote.

The Project Proposal was delivered to you by hand.   dpANSDIT is on the
Internet at the NCITS site.

K5  will have its next scheduled meeting 2001 July 24-27.
