Brocade indicates with this letter that the responses contained  in document T11/02-684v1 are an acceptable response
to the concerns raised in the original negative letter ballot  response from Brocade on Project 1571. Brocade recognizes
that it has a right to appeal such responses and does not  intend to appeal the response.
