Deborah:
I had been very busy preparing for the last Fortran committee meeting when your letter about telephone training arrived. I had planned to respond to it as soon as I returned from the meeting, but I had over 250 other messages in my inbox and I just overlooked it. Today, I have only 100 messages in my inbox.
How long does telephone training take? I could probably do it sometime during the next several weeks. I have holidays at work on 24-25 December and 31 December - 1 January. I have a group meeting on the morning of the first Thursday of each month, and meetings on every Tuesday morning that I am frequently and unpredictably required to attend.
Sorry for losing track of your request.

I'll be the one conducting training. I will need approximately 4 hours of your time. If you would like to propose two dates I can check my calendar and get right back to you.

I never received a response. Do you have dates that you can propose?
