ITLB 4664 - Appointment of Chairman - INCITS/J11, Programming Language C, closed on February 2, 2003. Mr. Randy Meyers received the required level of support (majority) to secure reappointment as Chairman of INCITS/J11. His second term begins in April 2003 will expire in April 2006.

As Mr. Meyers received training on August 6, 2002, he has met the INCITS requirement to attend INCITS Subgroup Officer Training within one year of his current appointment.
