Subject:  Notification of an Approved Project Proposal, Information technology - SCSI Stream Commands - 3 (SSC-3)

The project proposal for Information technology - SCSI Stream Commands - 3 (SSC-3) has met the critieria for approval (INCITS/SD-2, Section 5.1, Milestone 1) and its assigned project number iS 1611. This project was reviewed from January 28, 2003 to February 7, 2003.

According to INCITS procedures, the project proposal (http://www.Incits.org/archive/2003/in030151/in030151.htm) submitted by the technical committee was subjected to a 7-day review.  Unless an appeal is received, the project proposal stands approved.

During the 7-day review period no appeals were received by the INCITS Secretariat.
