Barbara,

We have completed a table vote in NCITS/L1 regarding the annual maintenance
requirements for  ANSI Project 353.  The recommendation was to vote YES, and
there were no objections.  We had several minor comments, which  have
incorporated into the attached document.  The vote was based on a L1 roster
I got from Par dated 27 July 2002,  Out of 13 eligible voting members, the
ballot results were:

 YES 13
 NO    0
 ABSTAIN   0
 NON-VOTING   0

Please let us know the INCITS Project number, when assigned. And please send
us a current ANSI softcopy.  The INCITS L1 point of contact is Jack Huntley.
Jack will be calling you later with several questions related to this
project
