Assignment of additional TAG responsibilities:
Authorization for direct submittal to SC32:
- In addition to its current TAG authority for SC32 WG2, L8 is assigned TAG responsibility for SC32 WG1.
- In addition to its current TAG authority for SC32 WG3 and WG4, H2 is assigned TAG responsibility for SC32.
Determining positions on issues that are not specifically and solely related to SC32 WGs for which L8 and H2 have responsibility:
- L8 is authorized to submit directly to SC32 US positions related to SC32 WG1 and WG2 that do not impact other SC32 WGs.
- H2 is authorized to submit directly to SC32 US positions related to SC32 WG3 and WG4 that do not impact other SC32 WGs.
SC 32 delegates and SC 32 officers:
- H2 is directed to solicit and consider input from L8 on all SC32-level issues, and to submit whenever possible a US position reflecting a consensus between L8 and H2.
- In the unlikely event L8 is unhappy with positions taken by H2 on SC32-level issues, they should immediately elevate their concerns to the chair of the SDB.
- Both H2 and L8 may authorize delegates to SC 32 Plenary meetings.
- US Candidates for SC 32 Chairman can be selected from the combined membership of H2 and L8.
