INCITS 1295 - Appointment of Chairman - INCITS Executive Board, closed on January 18, 2006. Ms. Karen Higginbottom received the required level of support (majority) to secure reappointment as Chairman of the INCITS Executive Board. Her new term will begin in March 2006 and will expire in March 2009.

As required by INCITS procedures, an appointed INCITS Subgroup officer must attend INCITS Subgroup Officer Training within one year of their appointment. As Ms. Higginbottom last received Chair training on October 14, 2003, she must receive INCITS Subgroup Officer Training for Chairmen within one year of her new appointment  - no later than March 2007.
