I thought the alternate action plan was going to come from Gary and not the ad hoc. My recollection was that the ad hoc would respond to the request from the board and that did not preclude individuals from suggestions on alternates.

 

I feel that the current report falsely gives the impression that an alternate plan was widely discusses and supported by the ad hoc.

 

As it stands currently, I cannot support the ad hoc report.
