Sorry I didn't respond earlier, but the Subject line didn't mention SC25 !

My comments on your memo after a quick review:

o  Items 3 & 9 - Should state that INCITS encourages - or requests - EIA to transfer
data describing how 25N and 25/WG N documents have been distributed to TAG
members (so there is no discontinuity). Also, INCITS should encourage - or request -
EIA to make available to INCITS the archived 25N and 25/WG N documents and
25 and 25/WG TAG documents.

o  Items 3 & 9 - An apparent typo: " - - -  transition with minimum distribution to
former TAG members." Believe "distribution" should be "disruption", non?

o  Items 4 & 10 - In addition to Call for members in Stds Action, I would think
it would be courteous to contact the present TAG members directly and invite
them to become members of the new INCITS committees, with information
about how INCITS will operate those committees, e.g., fees.
