Dear National Body of the United States
As you were informed earlier, the SC 34 Secretariat expected more delegates
to be proposed than can be accommodated
while still guaranteeing an effective Ballot Resolution Meeting. The ISO/IEC
Information Technology Task Force (ITTF) and
the ISO/IEC JTC 1 Officers, in cooperation with the SC 34 Secretariat,
have therefore had to limit the size of the larger delegations.
Your delegation is therefore limited to 6 members.
We would be grateful if you could inform us of the names of your 6 delegates,
and in particular of the name of your Head
of Delegation, without fail by 1 Feb. 2008.
