line 22 - what is a Coordination member? lines 26-28 - correct tense: ... All U.S. persons attending an international meeting as individual experts, who are not voting members of the TAG, shall not attend more than one such international meeting without prior approval by the Executive Board.

I don't think that this proposed new text for the RD-2 is consistent with the proposed new text for the RD-1 in INCITS LB 2457.
