The following comments were received in response to the LB2468:


Comment Accompanying the Lexmark International YES Vote
1) In the attached document clause 3.2.1.1, line 53-54, there is a mention of "these three boards." Lexmark believes this was a reference to the EB, the SDB, and the SPB. Since only the EB remains, this sentence needs to be re-worked to be similar to clause 3.2.2.1. 2) We assumed where text has been added or removed from ordered lists that the lists will be renumbered. 3) The text at the end of clause 3.3.3 "A single person may not occupy two of the above positions." needs to be reworded since there are ONLY two above positions. 4) The text beginning on line 555 doesn't seem to belong in clause 4.8.3. Is a section header missing? Which one? 5) On line 575, strike the word "liaison" following "INCITS Secretariat"
