Here, as requested in in0701347, are B11's recommendations to the INCITS EB for 2008 National Standards Maintenance. These recommendations were finalized by letter ballot b1107021, which closed on December 8, 2007. The tally in each case was 4(approve) + 0(disapprove) + 0(abstain) + 1( not voting) = 5(total of voting membership)
