At the December 2007 meeting, M1 approved the following recommendations to
the INCITS EB:

a. Project withdrawals based on M1.3 recommendations:

1. Revision of INCITS 379-2004 Iris Image Format for Data Interchange

b. Project withdrawal. Action taken directly by M1 (not in consent agenda)
since M1.3’s motion on approval of the recommendation did not meet the
approval criteria.

INCITS 423.6 Conformance Testing Methodology Standard for Biometric Data
Interchange Format Standards – Part 6: Conformance Testing, Iris Image Data
Motion for withdrawal (Mr. Mayer-Splain, Mr. Mahlmeister). The motion
passed 20-0-2-37. The roll-call vote is shown in the table under 4.12.1.

Just in case you need it, I attached the 2-week agenda of M1 where these
