on INCITS adoption of the following International Standards:

Formats Framework -- Part 2: Procedures for the operation of the Biometric
Registration Authority

ISO/IEC 19785-3:2007 Information technology -- Common Biometric Exchange
Formats Framework -- Part 3: Patron format specifications

These request to INCITS to initiate the actions to approved these standards
as INCITS/ISO/IEC standards were approved via  consent agenda:
M1/07-0710rev (also attached).

The draft consent agenda, motion by Hogan / Cannon was approved by
unanimous consent (24-0-0-37).

19785-3 was just published. Please send it to me whenever you have the chance.

Please let me know if you need anything else on these actions. Just in case
you need it, I attached the 2-week agenda of M1 where these actions were
included (see 3.4.1.2 - 3.4.1.6 of M1/07-0671).
