Upon receipt of this Technical Commitee,Task Group or Study Group Membership Form, the INCITS Secretariat will notify you and the appropriate INCITS Subgroup officers of the new membership or update to an existing membership and will issue an invoice for payment (if applicable). To expedite the processing of the Membership Form, please complete all six sections for this Form.  INCITS membeship cycle begins each December 1 and ends each November 30.

*Note: Voting Membership implies that your organization wishes to attain and retain voting rights as specified in the INCITS/RD-2, Organization and Procedures of INCITS. Advisory membership indicates that your organization wishes only observer status and has no intent to attain voting rights.

*Note:  A Principle is entitled to name umlimited Alternates at no extra cost.  An organization may request membeship in an INCITS Techncial Committee (e.g., INCITS/T11) or a Task Group (e.g. INCITS/T11.3) with different representatives or the same representatives for the organization in the various groups.  Techncial Committee and Task Group memberships are invoiced separately.

Note:  In order to comply with ANSI requirements, while all parties may participate in the discussion, only those organizations domiciled in the U.S. may vote to establish a U.S. position on TAG matters.
