  1. The INCITS Secretariat will request that TC Chairmen provide a list of withdrawn standards they would like to make available. Identified T10 and T11 Standards will serve as the test case. The Secretariat will work with ITI legal counsel to ensure the appropriate disclaimers and legal warnings, as well as IP issues, are addressed and incorporated in the documentation. The Secretariat will post the list of withdrawn standards on the INCITS web site including information on how to obtain them. The Secretariat will contact ANSI to determine whether or not there are procedural/accreditation impediments to making withdrawn standards available. The INCITS Secretariat will contact Mr. Ksar, the SDB Liaison to INCITS/V36, and Mr. Peoples, the INCITS/V36 Chairman, to remind them of the requirement to submit hosting documentation (no later than December 1, 2004) for the September 2005 SC 36 Plenary for INCITS approval.  In the absence of documentation submitted in time for consideration at the January 2005 SDB meeting, the US will not host this meeting.  (Agenda Item 5.3, September 2004 SDB meeting)

  20. The INCITS Secretariat will request that the project proposal for Identification cards - Interoperability framework for integrated circuit cards be updated with the removal of references to the fast track process.  (Agenda Item 7.7.1, September 2004 SDB meeting)

  21. Prior to the April 2005 SDB meeting, the INCITS Secretariat will contact Purdue University and NIST for an update on their interest in pursuing Cyber Forensics standardization within INCITS.  (Agenda Item 8.2.1, September 2004 SDB meeting)

  22. Mr. Zimmerman agreed to report at the January 2005 on venues where the Department of Homeland Security participates on Cyber Forensics standardization work.  (Agenda Item 8.2.1, September 2004 SDB meeting)
