    This is the Cloud Standard Day that SC 38 approved the program committee for in Resolution 14 in Vienna.  This is NOT a standards meeting.  It does not require DAPS38 approval to attend.  This is a public meeting.  We're putting this on the DAPS38 calendar just as a courtesy for those who will be participating.
