NEWS RELEASE Doc No.: PR/95-023 Washington, DC, March 9, 1995 -- Accredited Standards Committee X3, Information Technology announces the two-month public review of ISO/IEC 9592-3/PDAM2. The public review extends from March 3, 1995 to May 3, 1995. This document specifies the additions and changes to Part 3 OF ISO/IEC 9592:1989 (PHIGS - clear text encoding of archive file) to support Amendment 2 to Part 4 (PHIGS PLUS)." Note: This draft amendment is being processed simultaneously as an American National Standard and an International Standard. Due to the International deadlines, comments received may not be received in time to be considered before the international draft amendment ballot is determined. Therefore, all commentors are urged to submit your comments as early in the public review period as possible.
