The draft is being submitted as the revision to ANSI X3.62:1987. The comment period extends from November 24, 1995 to January 26, 1996. This standard is being revised to incorporate new wording for Section 3.5.2, (Paper Specifications-Fluorescence) to better reflect the present state and practical use of OCR papers and equipment, as well as incorporate procedures from existing recognized standards.
