X3 Announces the Public Review Comment Period for ISO/IEC 9075-3:1995, Information technology - Database languages - SQL - Part 3: Call-Level Interface (SQL/CLI)
Washington D.C., March 1996 - Accredited Standards Committee X3, Information Technology is announcing the public comment period for ISO/IEC 9075-3:1995. The public review extends from April 12, 1996 to June 11, 1996. This part of ISO/IEC 9075 defines the structures and procedures that may be used to execute statements of the database language SQL from within an application written in a standard programming language in such a way that procedures used are independent of the SQL statements to be executed. Note: This draft international standard has been processed simultaneously as an American National Standard and an International Standard.
