ISO/IEC 9592-3/pDAM4, Information Processing Systems - Computer

- Part 3: Clear Text Encoding of Archive File
Washington D.C., May 1996 - Accredited Standards Committee X3,
Information Technology is announcing the public comment period for
ISO/IEC 9592-3/pDAM4. The public review extends from May 24, 1996 to
July 23, 1996.
This document specifies the additions and changes to Part 3 of ISO/IEC
9592:1989 (PHIGS - clear text encoding of archive file) to support
Amendment 6 to Part 1(PHIGS Registered Items).
Note: This draft international standard is being processed simultaneously
as an American National Standard and an International Standard.
Public Review Comment Instructions:
The public review period closes on July 23, 1996. However, in order for
comments to affect the position of the U.S. TAG, they must be received
prior to June 13, 1996. Therefore, all commentors are urged to submit
comments as early in the public review period as possible. Public review
comments received after June 13, 1996 will be addressed and considered
for future balloting and/or revision.
