NCITS Announces the Public Comment Period for the Reaffirmation of X3.145:1986[R1992], Codes for the of Identification of Hydrologic Units in the U.S. and the Caribbean (Outlying) Areas

Washington D.C., November 1997 - NCITS (National Committee for Information Technology Standards) is announcing the public comment period for X3.145:1986[R1992]. The public review extends from November 7, 1997 to January 6, 1998.

Presents and describes codes used for the identification of hydrologic units in the U.S. and Caribbean outlying areas.

In accordance with ANSI procedures and NCITS, which require a five- year review of approved standards, OMC recommends this standard recommends this standard be reissued, without change.
