Project 1565-Revision of INCITS 385:2004, Information technology - Face Recognition Format for Data Interchange

Implementers working with INCITS 385-2004 have identified some areas where the standard is
incorrect. Particularly it differs unnecessarily from the analogous ISO standard.

In addition, the revision will integrate the changes enumerated in the 3D amendment (after its final
approval) – this was project 1565-D.

The document will include also common header text developed for all M1.3-developed standards.

The document will include the quality block developed in SC37/WG3 and M1.3, currently 5 bytes.

The version number will be incremented.
