Project 1861 - Information technology - Fibre Channel - Framing and
Signaling - 3 (FC-FS-3)
This project proposal recommends
the development of a set of technical additions and clarifications to
INCITS
424:2006, Fibre Channel - Framing and Signaling - 2 (FC-FS-2).
Included within this scope are functions such as:
a) Inclusion of FC-FS-2-A!;
b) Enhancements to support new physical layer technologies;
c) Enhancements to support Inter-Fabric Routing;
d) Clarification of BB_Credit Recovery; and
e) Any other item as deemed necessary during the development.
