Welcome to the INCITS B10.11 Task Group
B10.11 TG Physical Characteristics and Test Methods
On 14 January 2009, the INCITS B10.11 Task
Group began the process to transition to the new INCITS IT infrastructure
using the Kavi tools. This new system provides access to committee
documents, ballots, events and other committee business. As are result,
this website was effectively abandoned and will not be updated.
Information on specific INCITS committees, including B10.11 can now be found
at http://standards.incits.org/home.
Please note that a unique user name and password are provided for committee
members to access the non-pubic information.

On 1 December
2007, InterNational
Committee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS) Task Group B10.11 was
formed from the merger of INCITS Task Groups B10.3
Card Durability and related Test Methods and B10.6
Physical Characteristics, Magnetic Stripes, and Test Methods.
B10.11 is a Task Group of B10
ID Cards and Related Devices Technical Committee, and is the US
Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to to ISO/IEC_JTC1 SC17

Annual Report |
INCITS B10.11 does not publish a separate annual report, however, its activities are described in the INCITS B10 Annual report which covers the period from May 2006 through May 2007. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Meetings |
INCITS B10.11 Task Group generally meets three times per year, January, April/May and August. Generally, the meeting is scheduled to take place on the Tuesday prior to the B10 Plenary meeting, which normally is held on Thursday.
