M1.3 (formerly M1.1) TG on Biometric Data Interchange Formats

Membership report for 2003

The chart on the following pages shows the attendance for each organization that, at some point, had indicated an interest in M1.1 membership. During 2003, the first meeting of the TG was held (on February 5, 2003). At this meeting, all interested parties were granted membership (pending payment of fees) without need for the usual one meeting waiting period.

Based on this membership report, meeting attendance jeopardy letters are being sent to the following organizations:

Business Solutions (John Eul, primary representative)

IBG (McKen Mak, primary representative)

Sony (John Harris, primary representative)

It has been my understanding that GAINS LLC and LG Electronics did not express further interest in M1.1 membership and did not pay the fees for 2003.
