Call for comments on 2nd Working Draft 24709-1, Conformance Testing for BioAPI - Part 1: Methods and
Procedures

As a result of the SC37 WG2 and SC 37 Plenary meeting in Seoul, the SC37 Secretariat has issued the subject document, N646 to National Bodies for Working Draft comments.

 As per SC 37 Seoul resolution 2.1, this document is circulated to SC 37 National for review and comment by 1 October 2004. Comments recieved by 1 October will be considered at the November 2004 WG 2 meeting in Paris.

Recipients of this document are invited to submit notification of any relevant patent rights of which they are aware and to provide supporting documentation.

 
Comments received will be discussed at the August meeting of M1.2.  The approved US TAG comments will be forwarded to the SC 37 Secretariat by the international deadline of 1 October 2004.

This call is being issued to the members of M1 for submission of WD comments in response to the above SC37 document (N646). 

Comments must be submitted by 2 August 2004 to the M1.2 Chair, Fred Herr (mailto:  fherr@idtp.com).

NOTE:  Submitted comments will be consolidated and posted by 4 August 2004.
