This document is circulated to SC 37 National Bodies
for a three month NP letter ballot.
Additionally, NBs are instructed to review N708, accompanying outline document, in conjunction with N707.
Comments received will be discussed at the August meeting of M1.2. The approved US NB submission will be posted by the international deadline of 28 September 04.

This
call is being issued to the members of M1 for review and comment on the above SC37
WG2 document (N707/708). Comments should
be submitted to the M1.2 chair, Fred Herr (mailto: fherr@idtp.com).
In
order for these comments to be submitted in time to meet international
deadlines, comments must be submitted by 2
August 2004.
NOTE: Due to the tight international
deadline, proposed disposition of comments will be performed by the IR, Cathy
Tilton, and posted by 6 August 2004.
