Call for US Experts to Participate in the JTC1 SC37 WG4 Special Group on the ITU-T SG17  Q.8 (ref: SC 37 N1076) Response


Please note that the call is for National Bodies to provide additional "WG4 experts, as well as WG2 and WG3 experts, to serve as additional members of this group" (see ToR).


Nominations must be submitted no later than 11 August 2005.

In accordance with Resolution 4.8 of the Plenary meeting of SC37 in South Africa, a WG4 Special Group has been formed with the terms of reference outlined in SC 37 N1177, resolution 4.8.

This Special Group shall hold its first meeting as indicated below.

The US delegation in RSA offered two members: Greg Cannon and Fred Herr.


The final list of US experts to be submitted to SC 37 will be voted via an accelerated letter ballot that will be issued after this call for additional experts closes.
