NOTE: M1.3/M1.5 is scheduled to meet on Wednesday from 1:30 to 6:00 PM and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM in meeting room #1 to address SPICE-related (the SC 37 WG3/WG5 Special Group on Performance, Interoperability and Conformance - see Resolution G.3 in SC 37 N1177) and M1 national program related issues.
