Subject: Proposed Internal Operating Procedures for INCITS/PL22 and the INCITS PL22 Taskgroups - For consideration at the April 28, 2008 formation meeting of INCITS/PL22


Establishment

INCITS/PL22, Programming Languages and the PL22 task groups, were established through actions taken at the September 2007 and January 2008 meetings of the INCITS Executive Board (see in080308). 

As a result of these meetings, INCITS/PL22.3, INCITS/PL22.4, INCITS/PL22.11, INCITS/ PL22.16 and  INCITS/PL22.23, were given complete responsibility and US TAG authority over their national and international programmes of works, and associated actions detailed in the INCITS/RD-2 and its voting tables. 
The SC22 US TAG assignments are as follows:

These internal procedures apply only to (INCITS/PL22.3, INCITS/PL22.4, INCITS/PL22.11, INCITS/PL22.16 and INCITS/PL22.23).

At any time, these internal procedures may be modified by INCITS/PL22; however, they are subject to subsequent INCITS EB approval.

This internal procedures document will be submitted for PBC review and INCITS EB approval.
