All organizations attending the
second meeting attain voting rights at the start of the meeting unless
they have requested advisory (non-voting) membership.

Administrative
1.1 Call to Order and Introduction of Chairman
Mr. Stull, Chairman of the INCITS Study
Group on Security Best Practices, called the meeting to order at 11:08
AM. He welcomed the participants and thanked Citigroup for
arranging the teleconference and the Webex
session.

Chairman's Remarks
Mr. Stull noting the meeting attendance and that
several key members to the planned agenda were missing, offered, to
those present, that the meeting should be rescheduled at a time better
suited to the membership. After a brief discussion, Mr. Stull called
for any objections to terminating this meeting and rescheduling a new
meeting soon. In the interests of having to review certain agenda items
yet again at a later meeting, and without any objections from those
present, Mr. Stull adjourned the meeting for administrative reasons.

Action Items
Mr. Stull is to
setup a new meeting soon based on member responses.

The October 4, 2007 meeting of the INCITS Study Group on Security Best Practices ended at 11:20 AM as stated above.
