On January 27th, the
INCITS Executive Board decision accepted our final report and expressed their
appreciation of the achievements and work of the members.
However, we still have one
essentially all-administrative meeting to go that should last 20 to 30 minutes.
Although our last meeting was supposed to be our final planned meeting, a few
administrative matters remain. Please find attached the
SBP090003 - Agenda for
Meeting #20, Friday, March 6, from 3:00 PM until 4:30 PM. After which, the program of work for the Study
Group will be finally finished.
If you are a voting
member, please try hard to be
present for the meeting so that we can reach quorum. Otherwise, we will need to
reschedule this meeting … and after a 30-day announcement. If you cannot make
this teleconference meeting, please advise as soon as possible, again so that
all of us can plan on reaching the quorum.
