Statement: At an informal 10
January 2008 V36 meeting, V36 reviewed ISO/IEC CD 19779-1 (SC36 N1602).
The observation was made that N1602 appeared to be a list of definitions for
various types of agents. It was felt that the document would be more
appropriate as a Technical Report. Based on that observation, the USNB
position is to disapprove this document with comments.
