Farance – No – Comment #1: The normative references for Microsoft Office work-alike tools are incorrect.  The correct binary formats for ".doc", ".xls", ".ppt" are at:

Comment #2: All clauses should be checked to verify conforming to the JTC1 Directives Annex N, which includes normative references to specifications.

Comment #4: ISO/IEC 26300 ODF (Open Document Format) should be included for word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation, i.e., additional sections need to be added for non-Microsoft word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation formats.

 

IMS – Abstain - IMS does not understand what the purpose of this document is. It appears to be a listing of media formats. IMS does not understand which media formats were included and why or why not. We are abstaining because it may just be that we came into this late.
