IMS Global – Abstain - IMS abstains because we do not understand the purpose of publishing a listing media types without a rationale for which ones are included or not included - it is very unclear of what use this document is to global industry or ISO/IEC SC-36. However, we are assuming that there probably is a good reason, but we are just not aware of it. So we are choosing to abstain.
