INCITS Subgroup Officer Training is mandatory only for officer positions requiring INCITS appointment (e.g. EB, FBC, PBC, TC, TG and SG Chairmen, EB Vice Chairman, TC and TG International Representatives). Although all INCITS officers are encouraged to attend training, it is not mandatory for officers of Maintenance Committees.

PL22.11	Intl. Rep.	Douglas Walls	Appointment effective July 2008 - Per in080786, the PL22.11 IR was notified of the requirement to receive training by July 2009.
CS1	Intl. Rep.	Eric Hibbard	Appointment effective July 2008 - Per in080968, the CS1 IR was notified of the requirement to receive training by July 2009.
CS1.1	Chair	Ed Coyne	Appointment effective July 2008 - Per in080969, the CS1.1 Chair was notified of the requirement to receive training by July 2009.

M1.2	Chair	Fred Herr	Appointment effective September 2008 - Per in081165, the M1.2 Chair was notified of the requirement to receive training by September 2009.

**Officers Due for Training by October 2009**
M1.5	Chair	Michael Thieme	Appointment effective October 2008 - Per in081296, the M1.5 Chair was notified of the requirement to receive training by October 2009.
L3.1	Chair	Ajay Luthra	Appointment effective October 2008 - Per in081314, the L3.1 Chair was notified of the requirement to receive training by October 2009.
