• Working group level documents for the meetings, particularly those raising new issues/new agenda items or those for which a final agreement at the meeting is desired, must be delivered to the WG 4 management team no later than two weeks before opening of the WG meetings.

• SC 27 level documents for the meetings, particularly those raising new issues/new agenda items or those for which a final agreement at the meeting is desired, must be delivered to the SC 27 Secretariat no later than four weeks before opening of the WG meetings.

• Documents received by the SC 27 Secretariat or WG 4 management after the above mentioned dates will be returned to the submitter and will not be considered.

• All other documents and presentations for the WG meetings need to be received by the WG management team no later than two weeks before the meetings.

• Registration by delegates to the Plenary and WG meetings must be done four weeks before the meetings.
